page link postings must have a PageRank of at least 3, of course some exceptions will
always apply depending on Alexa, site impression, how many of my other wallpaper websites
you link to, who your link partners are, and other sources to determine credibility. My visitors
expect the best, and I give them quality links.
Webmasters who use a Wallpaper Script website, or a similar php links, will be visible site wide all the
time, and Top Friends will be located in our Top Friends section only. Javascript linking will be duplicated.
I will respond within 48 hours, give or take. If not, check your bulk mail, or you didn't meet my basic
criteria, your mail was spammed for some reason and I never got it, my involvement with projects is
keeping me busy, your return email address did not work, or something just went very wrong on this end,
and everything blew up and was destroyed, so I gave up and threw in the towel.
